Edit, Delete is grayed out on a missing file. The file was deleted outside of EF, and the errors window correctly complains about that. Since the file cannot be restored or otherwise, how come it cannot be deleted from the database?
Which window is frontmost, and what is selected, when you try to choose Delete from the Edit menu?
Normally, if you get a Missing File error and the error is selected, you would want to click the Trash button in the Errors window to move the record to EagleFiler’s trash. If you click the Delete button, that will only delete the error.
If you have the record selected, and it’s already in the trash, you cannot Delete it again. Instead, you would need to choose File > Empty Trash….
