How does SpamSieve not recognize these messages as Spam without training? Anything sent to me@aol.com surely is enough but LOOK at the message.
To answer that, please train it as spam and send in a diagnostic report.

All the mailboxes that you have checked in the Filter spam messages in other mailboxes sheet are inboxes, so I recommend unchecking them there and just using the Check inboxes for new messages not sent to Mail extension feature (which is already enabled). This will greatly reduce the number of errors since the mailbox configuration seems to be outdated.
As to the spam message that you mentioned, it does not look like SpamSieve ever looked at it. (If you wonder about other messages, you can see whether there are Predicted entries for them in SpamSieve’s Log window or use the green flags feature.) This may be because of a large number of timeout errors that Mail is reporting. Please let me know if this problem still occurs after making the above change and restarting Mail.
It looks like there were similar spam messages received in other accounts that SpamSieve did look at and then was able to easily catch.
