New emails staying in InboxSpamSieve on Outlook

With update to 2.9.47, new emails go into the InboxSpamSieve but then are not sorted to Inbox or Junk Email folder. Using “old” Outlook 365 and was working correctly before update.

Messages will stay in InboxSpamSieve if the Outlook Filter Mailboxes app is not running (Step 5). Could you check whether that’s running in your Dock?
