Hi,
Just purchased ToothFairy for use on my iMac and MacBook Pro. Both are running MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1.
Installed and am configuring, first on the iMac, but am seeing issues with the process of adding Bluetooth devices. See attached screenshot:
It just spins and spins and nothing appears in the bluetooth device list.
Checked the documentation, but nothing is jumping out at me. Thought this forum might be easier.
Presumably it’s a security or permissions issue.
Any thoughts or recommendations?

Due to a bug in macOS Tahoe 26, sometimes a Blueooth device will be correctly paired with the Mac but not shown in the Bluetooth selector dialog when you try to add the device in ToothFairy. If that happens, go to System Settings ‣ Bluetooth and click the i button next to your device. Then click Forget This Device… and then Forget Device. Then re-pair the Bluetooth device with your Mac. Now it should show up in the Bluetooth selector dialog in ToothFairy.
