Newsletter cannot get past SpamSieve

macOS 14; current release of SpamSieve

I receive several messages daily from a newsletter I follow – nothing spammy at all about the messages or the site. The site is not on the block list; it never was, as far as I can tell it.

Nevertheless, every message gets sent to junk. I have no rules in Mail that would make that happen. Every message has to be “train[ed] as good”. I’ve added the site to the allow list, but that has no effect.

It sounds like it’s not SpamSieve that’s moving the messages to Junk. You can confirm by looking in the Log window, but this is probably happening because of a server junk filter. For more information, please see this page.
