No Plug In option Outlook Mac

Recently purchased.

Reverted back to older version of outlook to get this far. (As IMAP folders were not available)

Outlook for Mac 16.60

Can not locate plugin option to confirm if loaded.

Can not view options to train for new email.

I’m not exactly sure what you are looking for but not finding. There has never been a plug-in for Outlook. The Outlook setup instructions are here. The training commands should be in the script menu at the top-right of the screen:

If you aren’t seeing the script menu, in the Finder, choose Utilities from the Go menu and open the Script Editor application. Open its Preferences window. Click on the General tab, and make sure that Show Script menu in menu bar is checked. (You may have to uncheck and then check the box before the icon shows up in the menu bar.)
