For quite a while now I haven’t noticed the three SpamSeive items when I select an email, and believe SS isn’t functioning. I’ve updated to the latest (2.9.5), including the plug-in for Apple Mail, but still no items. Can anyone help?
Please answer the following questions:
- Which version of Mac OS X are you using? If you have 10.8, did you install it fresh (or get it with a new Mac), or did you update from 10.7?
- Did you choose “Install SpamSieve Plug-In” from the SpamSieve menu? If so, did it say that the installation was successful?
- Do you see any error messages from Mail or SpamSieve in Console?
I’m using OS X 10.7.5 (Lion).
The plug-in was installed automatically after the update.
It did say that the installation was successful.
