Not communicating with Postbox

Hi, a couple of days ago i purchased the lincence for Spamsieve, used 30 days before, on the day 28 aprox. Spamsieve seemed not to be communicating with Postbox, because in the Edit Log no new messages were registered, i thought it happened because was ending the free time, but already payed and now started working with no any message registration, checking everything found that sending Spamsieve folder to Bin will fix errors, but all the same, what i am missing?

When the trial period has expired, you should still get new entries in the log, but they will say that the demo period is over.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand either of these points. Could you explain in a bit more detail?
