I recently had to re-train mail I originally had trained as Spam. Now, when I look at my Blacklist and Whitelist, it doesn’t look quite right. Shouldn’t the entry be ticked in the whitelist now?
I’ve included a screenshot to help you. Click to enlarge. Any help appreciated.
It is normal that if you train SpamSieve with conflicting information (i.e. the same address is both spam and good) that it will leave the rule disabled. However, if you know that you always want the address to be accepted, you can manually check it in the whitelist to enable the rule.
