Just a quick question, Is it possible to run SpamSieve on the whole email box så that old email that have been classified as spam are moved to junk. I just installed SpamSieve and I have a lot of old mails

Yes, you can select the old messages and choose Filter Messages from the SpamSieve menu bar icon or Dock menu.

Great thanks, but maybe I was unclear. For example if I mark a mail from xyz@… as spam is there any way that spemsieve can go back and apply that to old mails automatically, moving the current mail and all old ones from the same sender to the spam folder?

It will not go back and look at old e-mails automatically, only new ones. If you want to reprocess old e-mails you would need to select them and choose Filter Messages.
