One annoying Junk Mail Message

I’m running MacOS 11.6.1 and SpamSieve 2.9.46

Everything normally runs well but starting a few days ago one spam email is showing up multiple times in my Junk mailbox.

In my Mail preferences Enable junk mail filtering is turned off and my only active rules are SpamSieve [Score] and the six SpamSieve color rules.

I’ve tried training the Junk messages as spam to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Where are your SpamSieve rules set to move the messages to? If not to the Junk mailbox, perhaps you have a server junk filter that’s moving messages to Junk. Such messages are not SpamSieve mistakes and should not be trained as spam.
