Persistent failure to mark Sender as "Good"

Hi,

In spite of marking the Sender as “good,” mail from two particular Senders are always moved to the Spam Folder.

Is there another way I can tell SpamSieve these Senders are good ?

First you should see whether it’s actually SpamSieve that’s moving these messages to the spam folder. Please see this page.
