Re-training a Good email as Spam

Frequent promotional emails from one source that have long been trained as good, I would now like to train as spam. but repeated use of “train as spam” does not work. Please advise.

This sounds like a legitimate sender, so the best thing to do is to try to unsubscribe.

If that doesn’t work, find any messages from that sender in the Corpus window and train them as spam.

Find any related rules in the Blocklist window and make sure they’re enabled.
