read and saved emails have disappeared. Is it possible to recover them? How do I do that? Some of them are needed for my projects.
That doesn’t sound like it could be related to SpamSieve, as it doesn’t touch messages that are already marked as read. That said, if SpamSieve ever looked at a message there will be an entry for it in SpamSieve’s Log window. It stores the full message data for 30 days (by default), and you can recover it back to Apple Mail. Beyond that, you would need to rely on a Time Machine or other backup.
