How can I tell how many records are contained in a folder and the entire DB (without physically counting)? I’m transferring my info from DT and want to compare all records have been copied.

The Records source shows everything in the library. If you click on it, the title bar will show the total number of records (files, folders, and e-mail messages depending on the View settings).
