Renamed a file in EF; drag to attach to email results in “unnamed document”; the name change doesn’t stick?

Hi Michael and thank you very much for your ongoing support. I am a very newbie user so this may be a clueless inquiry… Exactly the title above.

I have tried to drag the file into a ProtonMail draft as well as a Gmail draft open in Safari; the renamed file will not remain so. It is a pdf “printed” from a web page in Safari, latest OS, EF.

Did you perhaps change the Title in EagleFiler rather than the File? You can confirm that the file has the correct name on disk using the Reveal in Finder command.
