Spamsieve refuses to accept ‘train as good’ for one email address, so all their emails go to spam. How do I stop this?
Problem email is news@letterboxd.com
Nearly always, when people report that good messages keep going to spam, this is due to another spam filter that they’re using (e.g. on their mail server), not SpamSieve.
There are really two questions here:
-
Is SpamSieve learning from the messages when you choose Train as Good? You can see this by whether the Log window shows a Trained: Good (Manual) entry after you train the message as good.
-
Is SpamSieve the reason why the messages are going to spam? You can see this from the message color (if you’re using Apple Mail) and by whether the Log window shows Predicted: Spam entries for these messages.
