I’ve been using Spam Sieve for years, abut now have a brand new Macbook with Monterrey. When I open Mail, Spam Sieve opens and won’t go away. its telling me how to set it up, but I’ve already done that. Any ideas? Thanks!
SpamSieve shows the Welcome window and help if you have not trained it with at least one good message and one spam message. Did you follow the instructions to do an initial training? How many messages of each type does the Statistics window say are in the corpus?
IT’S FIXED. Thanks! I assumed my white/black list would transfer to my new computer. I guess it wasn’t. No big deal.
Everything should transfer automatically if you use the macOS Migration Assistant. Or you can copy the files manually.
