Spam mail still coming through

Mail from ads that I repeatedly define as spam continually arrives in my mailbox even tho they’re listed in my blocklist. I’m on 10.8 on Mac Pro 2008 early w/8G ram.

???

Which mailbox is that? Please check the log to see whether SpamSieve predicted these messages to be good.

Thanks for sending the error log. It looks like Mail assumed that some messages were good because (due to sandbox bugs) it was unable to launch SpamSieve to ask it to filter them. I suggest quitting Mail and SpamSieve and replacing your SpamSieve application file with a freshly downloaded copy. Manually launch SpamSieve once and restart your Mac, and then the automatic launching should work going forward. (As a fallback, you could also launch SpamSieve manually or set it as a login item.)
