SPAM: Uses my email as Sender and Recipient ,,, how to protect?

Just received a nefarious email where he Header lists my personal email as the Sender and Recipient. However, buried in the Header detail, it uses another email as the Reply-To address.

Does SpamSieve pickup such subtleties automatically. Or must a create a specific rule?

Sometimes I do send myself an email so that the Sender and Recipient address are the same. Obviously not the Reply-To address however.

Thanks/

Yes, SpamSieve automatically learns from the Reply-To and other headers when you train a message as spam.

Thanks … hope you are well!
