I don’t know is this is the appropriate place to bring this problem, but it is unclear how else to contact you. I have a license for SpamSieve 3.0 purchased in 2023. I cannot upgrade to version 3.3 as it rejects the license code as not a valid for version 3. But if I try to upgrade it rejects the code as not valid for version 2. So I am stuck. Any suggestions?

Please make sure that you’ve entered both the Serial Name and the Serial Number as shown in your order confirmation e-mail. You can use Copy/Paste to make sure that they’re entered exactly or click the Serial Link to have SpamSieve enter them automatically.
If you still can’t get it to work, please contact the e-mail above from the e-mail address that you purchased using. (Your forum e-mail address doesn’t seem to have any orders associated with it.)

I found your license, and it’s still valid, so it should work if you enter it properly.
