SpamSieve 3 not opening when I open Apple Mail

After installing SS 3 it no longer opens with Apple Mail. Any suggestions to fix?

Please go to the Apple Mail ‣ Setup settings and make sure that either Enable spam filtering using Mail extension or Enable spam filtering using Mail plug-in is selected.
