SpamSieve and MailMate 2.0 beta

I use Spamsieve v 3.1 in MacOS 15.2
My main email client is Apple Mail, and there I find no issues with SpamSieve. However in MailMate I can’t manually mark an email as spam (ctrl-command-S) or as Ok. The dropdown menu is greyed out, and the same if I use the app icon in the sidebar instead.
I guess this is an issue with the MailMate beta, but if anyone has had the same problem, have you found a solution?

I’m not seeing those problems in the December 9, 2024 beta. The keyboard shortcut for Move to Junk is Command-Shift-J. Which menu commands are you seeing as grayed out?

In general, I would recommend contacting the MailMate developer if something isn’t working as you expect there.

Hi and thanks for you quick answer.
Well, I get a similar problem with Airmail.
So, when I mark an email in MailMate v 2.0 (6203) I can’t manually mark it as spam using SpamSieve as I understand it. I can move it to junk, and choose a junk state from Mailmates wn menu, but that is with MailMates own command. The control-command-S (or J as you write, it says S in my dropdown menu) does not do anything.
Same with Airmail.
This is only in the SpamSieve menu icon and in the sidebar one. Once I have right clicked the email in Airmail I can get the option to mark as spam or good. (Sorry, English isn’t my first language). So in Airmail there is a solution that works.
Strange too that the shortcut in a Swedish OS-version isn’t the same as the one you write. Or is that just an incorrect translation in the Swedish language file?
My main email app is Apple Mail so the issue isn’t a big one to me. However I only put the question here in case someone else had seen the same issue.

The commands in the SpamSieve menu bar icon are only for Apple Mail and Microsoft Outlook. MailMate and Airmail have their own built-in menu commands for use with SpamSieve. Please see the instructions linked here.

Ok thanks for info. And thanks for taking the time to find an answer even when it is not an issue in SpamSieve but in the different email applications.
