In Airmail, mail that is good and has been trained as good is ending up in my spam folder. I’m constantly training the same messages as good but SpamSieve won’t learn. I’m using the latest available version of SpamSieve, Catalina 10.15.16 and Airmail 4.1.6
The most common cause of this is if you have a server junk filter that’s moving the messages to the Spam mailbox before they even get to your Mac. In other words, it may not be a SpamSieve issue at all. For more information, please see this page.
