OS 14.1.1 SpamSieve 3.0.2 Using Apple Mail
I deleted the app and downloaded again. Still not responding when trying to open.

It look like the hang is related to the macOS Full Disk Access setting. Please see this page and try the troubleshooting steps at the bottom if necessary.
