I updated SpamSieve on Oct 21 and it then stopped loading completely. Nothing. And I cannot get it to load from my applications folder as suggested in your manuals to fix it.
I’ve replied to several e-mails from you and your colleagues over the past few days, from different accounts, but unfortunately you don’t seem to be receiving the messages. The logs that you sent indicate that your installed copy of the SpamSieve application file is damaged. You will need to reinstall a fresh copy.
