Spamsieve on macos 13.1 seems not to work

Hi I have used spamsieve on Apple mail for long time with great satisfaction.

  1. However after booting, using Ventura, I get the message that Spamsieve does not have diskaccess. But when I Check prefs, all settings there are ok

  2. There are no spams being caught, and the shortcut key gives no result, either!!!
    I use a macmini M1.

  3. For the time being I have removed spamsieve, to avoid all the NAG screens.

How can it come back to be working?
