Thanks for sending the report. The problem seems to be that your SpamSieve rule in Mail’s preferences is inactive (unchecked).

Yup, I didn’t alter that but none the less, that was the issue and it’s fixed. Just wanted to report back that was the issue should other’s see this behavior. Check the rules. Mail is sneaky and for whatever reason, that was unchecked.

SpamSieve 2.9.34b4 includes lots of improvements for Mojave, particularly with Apple Mail.
