I have the sender manually on the whitelist, with box checked, after spamsieve keeps sending emails from this particular sender to “junk.”
Which mail program are you using? In most cases, SpamSieve uses a mailbox called Spam rather than Junk. So if messages are going to the Junk mailbox, that could be because of a server filter or another rule in your mail program, rather than SpamSieve.
