Using MacOS Monterey 12.6.1 and Outlook for Mac. Spamsieve will no longer open. Double click the icon, and nothing. Is there a way to get it to work without re-installing?
Do you see the SpamSieve icon bounce in the Dock?
You could also open the Console app, enter
SpamSieve in the search field, and then try to launch the app and see if it shows any errors.
No it doesn’t bounce in the dock and yes I tried opening it from my applications folder. Nothing. Not sure how or if it would show errors. It just doesn’t open. As though it’s frozen.
It’s probably simplest to reinstall a fresh copy. The other option would be to look in Console (as mentioned above) or in SpamSieve’s own error log file at
