Good morning I am currently running macOS Catalina 10.15.4. I am using Microsoft outlook for the Mac my email server is an outlook 365. I have configured three email accounts two of the three are 365 Outlook accounts and one is an AOL account. I setup all 3 accounts exactly the same according to the manual for impair accounts. For some reason Spamsieve is not filtering the emails for the AOL account. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
AOL accounts should follow the IMAP setup instructions. Are your new AOL messages automatically going into the InboxSpamSieve folder? That’s where they need to be in order for SpamSieve to filter them.
Thank you for your response. To answer your question no they are not going into the InboxSpamSieve folder. They end up in the junk email folder under the AOL account in outlook.
How do you know that the messages weren’t moved there by SpamSieve? Is there a difference between that junk folder and the one used by your other accounts?
