No one else has reported issues with SpamSieve 2.9.52 on Ventura, so my guess is that you just need to check the installation/settings. What, specifically, is not working?
In this type of situation, what I do is delete the app (using App Zapper, for example) and reinstall it.
I do not recommend using such apps—they can create problems because they don’t really understand what they’re doing—and in SpamSieve’s case the problem is almost never with the files it would remove (which could include your training data). You can just follow the instructions in the manual to check the setup, which is much easier than fully reinstalling.
