Suppression de certains Spam

Bonjour.

Jim

It sounds like there may be a setup problem. Please use the “Save Diagnostic Report” command in the Help menu and send me the report file, as described here.

Instead of creating a rule in Mail, it is often better to make one on SpamSieve’s blocklist. There should not be any Mail rules below the SpamSieve rule that move messages to Spam/Junk/Trash.

Thanks for sending the report. As described in your e-mail, it looks like SpamSieve is correctly moving these messages to the Spam mailbox.

You said that you wanted this particular message to be deleted immediately. You can do this with a Mail rule that’s above the SpamSieve rule. It looks like you’ve already set this up to match two different words in the subject, but I think it isn’t working because you also required that the message be from a particular address. If you remove that criterion it should work.
