How do I have the messages that get moved from the TrainSpam folder to the Spam folder by my drone get marked as read?
That’s not currently possible, but I’ve added it as a feature request.

I second that request. I hate it that I see unread email in my Spam folder - it makes me automatically go to it, even if it just reads (1). Which totally defeats the purpose of having spam swept away to my spam folder. I can understand how others may not want this, but I would appreciate if it were an option at least. Meanwhile I will work on controlling my OCD tendencies 
I’ve added a pMarkSpamMessagesRead option to the script.
