Hello, I have been a user of spamsieve maybe 20 years. My last upgrade was to version 3.1 in 2023. The email I used for that upgrade is now a defunct domain. We want to upgrade to a family license for two users. I have been trying to contact someone but paddle.com will not allow my email to go through because it says it is not the email that was on file from my last upgrade. If I try to update my email, it requires me to have a confirming email sent to the old email, which of course does not work. Hoping someone will reach out to me with an email that will work to communicate and find out how to create a family upgrade. Thanks very much.
The upgrades are through our site, not Paddle’s. You can upgrade to a family license here without needing to enter your e-mail. There’s no online form to change your e-mail address (except the e-mail for this forum). Please contact spamsieve@c-command.com with your old order info, and I can update the information in our database so that all your purchases are linked to your current e-mail.
