Please guide me or point me:
My macbook has a broken trackpad and I decided to get a apple silicon replacement.
My old macbook runs monterey and I DO NOT want to upgrade it. (first or ever, other software!)
Since I’ll be buying 3 I would imagine keeping 2 is legit

You could use Migration Assistant to copy everything on your old Mac to the new one. SpamSieve will probably offer to update itself the first time you launch it. Otherwise, please see this page.
You can keep SpamSieve 2 on your old Mac. If you’re using SpamSieve with the same mail account on multiple Macs, please see this page.
