My wife insists on using Apple Mail, whereas I now use iCloud Mail. This caused no problem in filtering and removing junk mail until I recently upgraded Spam Sieve to version 3. If SS is designed primarily to work for Apple Mail, should I use only Apple Mail in future and avoid complication by discontinuing iCloud Mail ? Any help much appreciated! Mike Blayney.
I don’t know what you’re referring to. Nothing has changed in SpamSieve 3 with respect to iCloud, and I’ve never heard of such a conflict. Could you be more specific?
Are you and your wife accessing the same iCloud mail account from two different places (Apple Mail and Webmail)?
