Using Junk Mailbox SS Rule, Trained Spam Goes to Spam

This is a quirk, but it seems like unexpected behavior. I have 3 SS rules (none of the other mail rules mention spam or junk, just sort filters), and switched to using their Junk mailbox rather than Spam mailbox a few years ago.
I notice that training a missed spam message as spam puts the message in my Spam mailbox, not Junk, where SS caught spam goes.
Is this my misconfiguration?

You can configure that using the Change Settings command.

Michael thank you very much for posting. Recently I have been frustrated by the same issue Austin_Blaze had. Yesterday I actually decided to completely remove Spam Sieve and reinstall as if I was a new customer. I just should have let my lazy side beat down my perfection side one more time.

Thank you so much. Simple wizard completed and I assume that all will be right in spam-land once again! My stats window tells me I have had 9 years of SpamSieving!
