Using SpamSieve on more than one account on dedicated mac

I have a dedicated Mac mini running Apple Mail and SpamSieve to filter email on all of my devices that have access to this email account. I want to add a couple more email accounts to this Mac so that it can filter them using SpamSieve as well.

My first question is how I can disable SpamSieve while the accounts are pulling in all their email initially (they’re both IMAP accounts).

Second question: I suspect that SpamSieve uses one “train as good” and one “train as spam” list for all accounts in Apple Mail. Thus, all accounts are filtered using the same training. Is this correct?

You can select Disable spam filtering in Apple Mail in the settings:

Yes, unless you set up SpamSieve separately in different macOS user accounts.
