Version 3 preventing scheduled shutdown

Hi, a happy longtime user just upgraded to 3 and have my Mac scheduled to shutdown each night, but in the morning there is a message saying that shutdown was prevented by SS, any thoughts?

When you get back to your Mac, do you find that SpamSieve is still running? If so, please record a sample log from it.

Is your mail client still running? Do you have the Quit when mail client quits option enabled?

After having restarted several times, it seems to have resolved itself.
