Extension or plugin?

Hi, I have returned to the Spamsieve fold after some time away and now have ver 3.03 running on MacOs 14.2.

I have set it up an Extension but should I use the plug in set up, or doesn’t it matter?

Advice appreciated, thanks.

macOS 14 no longer supports Mail plug-ins, so you should use the Mail extension setup.
