Good E-mails Keep Going to Junk Mailbox Despite Training

The same piece of valid email keeps getting marked as spam and moved to the junk folder. I keep marking it as Good and Spam Sieve keeps moving it from the Inbox to the Junk folder. Same for other mail pieces from valid addresses that I have marked as Good. No matter what I do keeps happening.

Most likely it’s not SpamSieve that’s doing this. Please see Why do good messages keep going to the Junk or Spam mailbox?.

OK, that problem cleared up. Now there is another one that persists. The SpamSieve Icon in the menu bar keeps disappearing. If I reboot the Mac it comes back, but it is annoying. Anything I can do?
