Spam mail is returned to the Spam folder

After I have deleted Spam mail, some of them return to the Spam folder.

SpamSieve does not reprocess messages that have been deleted, so this is probably more of a mail server or mail client issue.

If you are using Apple Mail, this could be caused by damage to Mail’s database, in which case doing a complete rebuild should help.
