SpamSieve - No more actions when assigning Spam/Good to a mail

Hi,

I’m using Apple Mail. When I try to mark a mail as Spam (E-Mail > Spam Sieve > Spam) or as no Spam (E-Amil > Spam Sieve > Good), nothing happens anymore.
The menu item “E-Mail” highlights for a second, so I can see, something should happen, but the mail gets no color or doesn’t get moved into the spam folder or into the original folder, if its nom spam.

What I already tried:

  • Reinstalled SpamSieve
  • Deleted all the Prefs and Caches I found
  • Installed the most recent beta
  • Deleted the rule in Mail for SpamSieve and configured it again

I’m running macOS 10.13, mail 11.0 and SpamSieve 2.9.30b1.

Anyone who could help me?
Thanks a lot
Philip

It sounds like the SpamSieveHelper process isn’t running. Please try choosing “Install Apple Mail Plug-In” from the SpamSieve menu and restart Mail and SpamSieve. If that doesn’t help, please send in a diagnostic report.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, it didn’t help.
I just sent the report via email.
